I have always been a sport guy and since i was a kid i used to train intensevely at least 6times a week. I made lot of experience in different sports such as cliff diving, rowing, kayaking. I also became a certified yoga teacher specialized in vinyasa and ashtanga class. Nowdays, for the last 7 years i practiced climbing as my main activity, focusing on getting lots of knowledge in injury prevention, strenght and endurance training (currently an 8a level climbing)....
