Hello, I'm Alexandra or if you know me from Instagram or Twitch you might better know me as Simcoconutgal. I want to create whatever themed build or design/layout you have in mind, whether it's for game play or a save file I am here to help. The product groups are divided by lot size the bigger the lot the longer it will take. At this time I don't have a 'faster delivery' add on because I set up the times with what I felt was reasonable for the time that I usually put into each build. I also am willing to build with cc but you have to talk to me first. If I don't already own the cc then you will have to pick the 'I want cc' add on, otherwise it will not be in the final build. If I have already paid for the cc in the past then I will happily build with it, no added fees. Please take your time to look at the photos posted here and on Instagram @Simcoconutgal or over on Twitch @Simcoconutgal to see me build live. Please Keep In Mind That I Make Custom Offers.

Can you build with cc if i don't add 'I want cc'?
Only if i already owned the cc before hand. Please be sure at ask about cc if you want that in your build before placing any order.
what is 'enhanced detailing' ?
This tells me, that you want a lot of clutter, landscaping, or al of the above. I do recommend getting this if you are getting a large lot.
do you have and use T.O.O.L. mod?
Yes! twistedMexi is a life saver! Their mods are the best
if my cc is free but you don't have it do i still need to pay for the add on
No you don't ! if I don't have to buy it then you don't have to pay.
what packs do you own?
I own every pack and and kit, And I have over 21 gb of cc
