I believe in some instances it was a communication misunderstanding. The provider did provide what was requested; however, in some instances, my ideas were not communicated properly and therefore, the intent was not received well--not their fault but MINES.

I sent him a image that he created to create me one that looked exactly like it and it wasn’t even close

pushes back on revisions. not sure why he offers them if he doesn't want to follow through. Ill be hiring someone else to avoid the ongoing headache.

I was very thankful and appreciative for this product. I was trying to create a poster for my daughter softball team and the product that was delivered was exceptional. I can’t wait to show the girls to finished poster and I know they’re going to be excited about it.

The seller did a great job turning my pencil sketch into a real design. He was able to bring my idea to life and delivered a result I was happy with. Communication was good, and I appreciate the effort he put into the project.
