Yes I will host your code on your server. I will work on cpanel only, no ftp.
How much time to complete the development?
Depends on your requirements. It normally takes 3 days to 2 weeks.

With CMS and website builders, there is large of unnecessary stuff. while with custom admin panel we will add only required features. It is custom coded and optimized. No external plugins.
