Key Achievements & CAD Expertise: • Designed, modeled, and assembled custom structural frames, ESC power distribution layouts, and flight controller component arrangements using SolidWorks. • Developed custom PCB enclosures, mounting brackets, and sensor housings optimized for FDM/SLA 3D printing with tight tolerance fits. • Executed 2D blueprint drafting to 3D parametric CAD conversions, hardware clearance checks, and structural weight budgeting. • Integrated Pixhawk, ESP32 microcontrollers, telemetry systems, and sensor arrays (IMUs/barometers) into compact physical sub-assemblies.
