- As the first step, I will conduct a heuristics evaluation on your website in order to identify key flaws in it. I will focus on the following aspects while performing the evaluation criteria

- Constantly check for UX bugs and UI improvements to ensure a smoother user experience.

- Both desktop as well as mobile platforms will be tested.

- A detailed PDF report containing the summary of the process, annotated screenshots and all the useful insights that I've gathered during the process will be provided at the end of the review.
