FAQ
What n8n workflow errors can you fix?
I fix and debug broken n8n workflows of all kinds: failed executions, webhook not firing, HTTP Request node errors, API integration failures, OAuth and credential issues, JSON and expression errors, data mapping bugs, Code node problems, loop logic and n8n AI agent errors on any n8n setup.
Why is my n8n webhook not triggering?
Most n8n webhook problems come from using the test URL instead of the production URL, an inactive workflow, a firewall blocking the request or a wrong payload format. I debug the n8n webhook trigger, fix the root cause and test it with real data so your automation fires reliably once more.
Do you fix self-hosted n8n, Docker and n8n Cloud?
Yes. I troubleshoot n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n on Docker or a VPS, including workflows broken after any n8n update, webhook URL and environment variable issues, queue mode, memory crashes and credential errors. Just tell me your n8n version and hosting setup before you place your order.
Can you fix n8n AI agent and OpenAI node errors?
Yes. I debug n8n AI agent workflows and fix OpenAI, Claude and Gemini node errors, tool calling failures, memory and vector store issues, broken RAG pipelines, output parser errors and API rate limits, so your n8n AI automation returns accurate and consistent results on each and every run.
What do you need to fix my n8n workflow?
Send me your n8n workflow JSON export, the error message or a screenshot of the failed execution, and a short note on what should happen versus what happens now. For API integration errors, add the API docs too. Remove any hardcoded API keys from the n8n workflow before you share the file.
Is my n8n access and data safe with you?
Yes. I can work from an exported n8n workflow JSON, a temporary n8n user account or a live screen share call, so you never have to send passwords in chat. I only touch the broken n8n workflow, keep all your data confidential and you can remove my access the moment the n8n fix is delivered.
How fast can you fix my broken n8n workflow?
Most single n8n workflow errors are fixed within 24 hours. Complex n8n automations with several API integrations, webhooks or AI agent steps can take 2 to 3 days. Need an urgent n8n fix? Add the fast delivery extra and message me first with your error so I can confirm the scope right away.
Will my n8n workflow break again after the fix?
I fix the root cause, not just the symptom. Standard and Premium packages add n8n error handling, retry logic for API rate limits and timeouts, and an Error Trigger workflow that sends Slack or email alerts, so a failed execution never goes unnoticed and your n8n automation stays reliable.
Can you fix a workflow someone else built?
Yes. I debug n8n workflows built by other freelancers, AI tools or imported n8n templates. I trace the data flow node by node, fix the broken expressions, JSON mapping and credentials, clean up the logic and deliver a tested n8n automation with a short note that explains every change made.
Can you optimize or rebuild my n8n automation?
Yes. When a repair is not the best fix, I optimize or rebuild your n8n workflow: fewer wasted executions, faster runs, cleaner logic, sub-workflows and proper error handling. I also migrate Zapier and Make.com automations to n8n. Message me with your workflow details for your custom offer.
