I have 4 clients with different brand voices. Will this system handle each one separately?
Yes. The pipeline creates a separate tenant for each client with their own brand voice prompt, hashtag set, posting schedule, and approval queue. The standard build supports up to 5 clients. Need more? Expansion is a custom add on, 30 minutes of config per new client, not a full rebuild.
AI generated content sounds generic. How do you make it match my client's voice?
Two ways. First, each client gets a custom brand voice prompt built from their existing content (5 to 10 sample posts you provide). Second, the system pulls direct quotes and stories from the transcript instead of inventing copy from scratch, so output uses your client's actual words.
How does the approval workflow work? My clients need to sign off before anything posts.
Every piece of content lands in a Notion or Airtable queue, organized by client. Your team reviews, edits, and approves with one click. Approved content moves to Buffer or Hootsuite ready to publish. Nothing posts to a client account without human approval.
Can I show this system to my clients as my own service?
Yes. Everything is white label. The system runs on your server, uses your branded dashboards, and my name does not appear anywhere in the workflow. Charge clients whatever you want for the content output. I deliver documentation under your name on request.
What if I want to switch from Opus Clip to a different tool later?
The pipeline is modular. Each tool (Opus Clip for video, GPT for copy, Bannerbear for graphics) is one node. Swapping one tool for another takes one to two hours, not a rebuild. Every node is documented so your team or another developer can change tools without me.
My team is not technical. Can they run this without me?
Yes. After delivery I record a 20 minute walkthrough showing the daily workflow, the approval dashboard, and how to add a new client. The system runs on its own. Your team only interacts with the approval queue and the scheduler.
