Since Sussex Beds implemented NetSuite as its core ERP system, I have served as System Administrator from day one. Working closely with a third-party implementation partner, I acted as the bridge between the business and the deployment team throughout onboarding, UAT, data migration, and go-live. Post-implementation, I’ve led ongoing optimisation and development initiatives, delivering solutions such as a dedicated Product Information Management system, an automated POS ticketing system, and a custom in-store EPOS platform.
