FAQ
How fast can you resolve my contact form issues?
I understand that a broken form means lost revenue, so I treat these fixes with extreme urgency. Most standard issues and SMTP configurations are completely resolved within 2 to 6 hours of receiving your details.
What details do you need from me to get started?
To prevent further downtime, please provide your website URL, WordPress/CMS admin login credentials, and a quick description of the error. If we are fixing email delivery problems, I may also need access to your hosting panel or SMTP provider.
My form says "Message Sent" but I get no emails. Can you fix this?
Yes, this is the most common issue! It happens because your web host’s default email function is being blocked by spam filters (like Gmail or Yahoo). I will fix this immediately by configuring a secure SMTP plugin with a reliable mail provider.
Can you stop the contact form spam I keep receiving?
Absolutely. I can integrate advanced anti-spam tools like Google reCAPTCHA v3 or Cloudflare Turnstile. These block automated spam bots completely without disrupting your real human visitors or business operations.
Do I need to buy a premium SMTP service?
No, you don't have to spend extra money. For most small to medium businesses, I can set up a free account with providers like Brevo (Sendinblue) or Mailgun, which allow you to send up to 300 free emails per day perfectly.
Which contact form plugins and platforms do you support?
I work with all major WordPress plugins including Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Divi, and Formidable Forms. I also fix standard forms on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and custom HTML/PHP sites.
