I will build workflow for data analysis as well as machine learning algorithms in temporal, arbitrary and imaging data. I can also develop R-shiny application with friendly user interface in R programing as well in python programing. I can also build bioinformatic workflow such as fetching data from databases (HMDB, NCBI etc) and do automatic multi-pathway analysis (String, KEGG, Wiki, Panther)
