I don't just set up infrastructure, I set up infrastructure that doesn't wake you up at 3am. Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, Helm, Prometheus, CI/CD, AWS, GCP, Azure. I've lived in these tools long enough to know where they break and how to stop that from being your problem.
