As an Odoo ERP Consultant, I am responsible for the complete implementation, customization, and daily operational support of Odoo ERP to ensure smooth business processes and accurate financial reporting for Aljouda Alreada Catering LLC. Core Responsibilities: Implemented and configured Odoo modules including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Invoicing according to catering business workflows. Designed chart of accounts, taxes, fiscal positions, and journals as per local compliance and management reporting needs. Managed day-to-day accounting entries, including bills, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations. Integrated sales orders with inventory and invoicing to ensure real-time stock and revenue tracking. Set up costing and expense tracking for catering projects and events. Ensured proper vendor management and purchase control, from RFQ to bill and payment. Generated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reports directly from Odoo. Trained staff on system usage and provided continuous operational support. Performed data migration, data cleanup, and system optimization to maintain data accuracy. Acted as a bridge between management and technical requirements, converting business needs into ERP solutions. Outcome & Value Added: Improved accuracy of financial data and reporting. Reduced manual work and duplication through automation. Enhanced control over inventory, costs, and profitability of catering operations. Ensured reliable data for audits and decision-making.
