A pleasure to work with. Very responsive and does great work. Always delivers when it is promised and will convey if anything changes. He converts complex files into usable and user friendly embroidery files. It is great to have someone who understands how to make a embroidery file easy to use.

The service was highly professional. Response time was exceptionally fast and communication was clear and to the point. The product worked flawlessly on the first try. All in all I am very happy with the service provided and I definitely recommend this!

Seller provided the installation files, and I was able to get everything working successfully. They were also quick to respond to my questions and provided instructions when requested. I chose not to use AnyDesk for personal security reasons, but was still able to complete the installation myself.
