Middle grade books are sort of in between children's books and young adult books - and it allows for some of the funnest stories! Readers of middle grade still have that child-like wonder, while being able to understand and appreciate more complex and nuanced stories. While tween minds are still forming, they have a wisdom that we don't always give them credit for possessing.
