Coordinated public outreach seminars to raise awareness about tax administration and how taxpayers can seek help with their complaints. Gained practical insight into FBR procedures, taxpayer grievances and how tax disputes are handled, and improved my skills in public speaking, event coordination and explaining tax issues.
