Hey! I am Tariq Project Manager of Secret Pixel. I have a team of Professional Creative Motion Designer & illustrators based in India with more than 8 years of experience. I illustrate and animate videos like explainer videos and most frequently logo animation intros. I enjoy condensing ideas down to their simplest form and crafting them into a concentrated dose. I live to create the most organized project files and believe in the process above all else. we've been using Adobe After Effects for over a decade. I am slightly obsessed with detailed keyframe animation and perfect pixels in design.

I would like a refund because my project was due on 5/15 and I have not received my video only a revised Logo that I provided that he only had to change the file format. He clicked the complete button on my order but it's not complete at all !! Tariq is asking for 12 more hours for completion promising...

In my opinion it took way too long and I was quoted far too much for such a mediocre end result. It is what it is but the end product for time and investment did not reach my expectations. Any changes would have been extra so I'll just take my loss at that.

Beyond satisfied with their final product they did beyond what I even could imagine & were exceptionally attentive, professional, and accurate on what I wanted from them. I’d recommend them 65 times out of 10, yesterday, today, and tomorrow everyday of the week & twice on Sunday
