Hello, I’m Seann. I own Japancierge, a concierge company in Japan for all of your travel needs.
Before starting Japancierge, I worked as an E-Commerce Manager in Tokyo, a professional photographer, and tour guide. We work 9am-5pm JST, Monday - Friday. If you contact me outside of that time, please be patient. It might take me 24 hours to reply. Please ignore my "online" status. My computer is online all the time, so it may show me as online when I am not actually online.

All interactions were great and the tickets were purchased so it was worth it to get these very hard-to-get tickets, however, the cost of the platform charge (20%) was high. This has nothing to do with the individual we worked with - his costs and time were fair. Given the platform is just a cost for interacting, I think they're taking too much.

The process for booking tickets was very clear. They answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. I have proof of purchase but will not receive the tickets in hand until I travel to Japan next month. Therefore, I cannot yet speak to the ease of getting the physical tickets and getting into the Ghibli...
