Hello, I’m Seann. I own Japancierge, a concierge company in Japan for all of your travel needs.
Before starting Japancierge, I worked as an E-Commerce Manager in Tokyo, a professional photographer, and tour guide. We work 10am-6pm JST, Monday - Friday. If you contact me outside of that time, please be patient. It might take me 24 hours to reply. Please ignore my "online" status. My computer is online all the time, so it may show me as online when I am not actually online.

I found the user interface of the platform a little confusing at a key point—delivery approval. Two message channels allowed me to err—MY ERROR—in requesting a delivery edit in the wrong place, jeopardizing the booking.

I cannot recommend them enough. They helped me call a business in Japan (as I don't have access to international calling) to help me sort out my reservations there before my upcoming trip in a little over a month. Japancierge was quick to respond and went above when he needed to call the Narita lost and found so they would send my package to him. I will definitely use his service again when needed. The price includes the shipping cost which is out of his control. His services are exceptional value for the price.
