FAQ
Do I need my own Google Play Console account?
Yes - publishing on YOUR account keeps you in full control of your app. It costs a one-time $25 fee paid to Google. Don't have one? I'll guide you through account creation and identity verification step by step.
What is the 12 testers for 14 days closed testing rule?
Google requires personal developer accounts created after Nov 13, 2023 to run a closed test with at least 12 testers opted in for 14 continuous days before applying for production. My ULTIMATE package handles this completely, including the testers.
Do you provide the 12 testers?
Yes. 12 real testers on real Android devices are included in ULTIMATE, or available as a $35 extra on any package. I set up the closed testing track, manage opt-ins, and monitor the full 14-day window.
Can you guarantee Google will approve my app?
No honest seller can - approval is always Google's decision. What I do: submit a fully policy-compliant release to minimize rejection risk, and if Google rejects, I analyze the reason and resubmit the fix free within the order.
How long until my app is live?
Upload and submission: 1-3 days. Google's review: a few hours up to 7 days (longer for new accounts). If your account needs closed testing, add 14 days for the test window. I keep you updated at every stage.
Do you need my source code?
No. I only need your signed AAB or APK file plus app details and graphics. Your code stays with you.
How do you access my Play Console? Is it safe?
You invite my email in Play Console under Users and Permissions with limited access - no password sharing, ever. You can remove my access the moment the order is complete.
My app was rejected before. Can you help?
Yes. I review the rejection reason, fix the policy or listing issue (metadata, data safety, permissions, content rating), and resubmit. Send me the rejection email before ordering.
