🚀 MIS Executive – DIARCH GO (Quick-Commerce, Patna, India) I work as an MIS Executive at DIARCH GO, a fast-growing quick-commerce startup with 8 stores across Patna, India. My role: turn raw store-level data into clean, decision-ready information covering inventory, expiry tracking, and sales performance across the network. 📊 Core Responsibilities: Independently built Excel dashboards tracking 2,500+ SKUs in real time across all 8 stores Monitor daily stock levels, expiry dates, and top-sellers to support faster restocking and discount decisions Prepare stock audit reports used by the operations team for planning Automate recurring reporting using Power Query, XLOOKUP & Pivot Tables — saving hours of manual work weekly Coordinate with store managers to keep inventory data accurate and current 🏗️ Key Projects: Proposed & built an automated dashboard covering stock levels, expiry alerts, top-seller rankings & discount triggers — replacing a slow, fully manual process Digitized handwritten stock registers (snacks, cleaning products, spices, condiments) into formatted Excel files with color-coded headers and standardized date handling Created a daily Fruits & Vegetables and Rack-status update sheet for store managers via WhatsApp, improving cross-store communication 🛠️ Core Skills: Advanced Excel | Power Query | Pivot Tables | XLOOKUP | Data Cleaning | Conditional Formatting | Dashboard Design | KPI Tracking 💡 Why This Matters for Clients: Quick-commerce runs on speed — stock expires, prices shift, and numbers need to be right the first time.
