Responsible for identifying and adopting analytical tools to manage the data and generate proper MIS for business use. Participated in the implementation of the new loan origination application LMS, Valleysoft. Responsible for managing the backend tables and developing and maintaining the related reporting. Support and cover all internal, external, and regulatory (CBE) audit missions by providing the required data and reports to enable auditors to perform their reviews effectively. Design and develop the business reporting requirements and formulate processes which guarantee data integrity concurrently. Participate in the delivery of projects specified by the credit risk strategy in conjunction with change ensuring that quality deliverables are produced within agreed timeframes. Explore new improved and alternative ways of doing business, transfers the know-how to others in the department to Improve standards. Act as the key liaison between stakeholders on the commercial team, change, IT, and Operations to ensure the speedy implementation of generated reports. Prepare monthly analytical packages that cover the entire credit cycle (Product planning, credit initiation, account maintenance, delinquency & write-offs) for all the asset products. Provide ad hoc analysis to the senior management, risk management, regional retail office, product development, finance and Operations. Work with IT on the data warehouse (DWH) project in order to have consistent data for the entire retail department. Carried out process engineering for different Retail Credit team (Fraud and Credit Verification teams) through developing office utilities to manage the workflow and to have consistent data structure. Lead the score modeling and implementation. Provide all data for IFRS9 model and analyze model's output.
