Java developer, 5+ years on production systems that can't go down.
Most of my work is inside existing codebases: finding why something
broke, fixing it, and explaining what happened. I've migrated
production apps from JDK 8 to 21 and Tomcat 9 to 11, and debugged
live out-of-memory incidents on running servers.
Day to day: Java 8-21, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Oracle and
PostgreSQL, Tomcat on Linux, GitLab CI/CD.
