I have been experienced in mold /product design for more than 10 years. Also, I have experienced in mold manufacturing. I was worked for an MNC, because of the covid situation my job was lost. For the past 6.5 years, I have been using solid works and AutoCAD for designing and for simulation Solidworks and auto desk mold -flow software. I have done so many automated mechanisms added molds (like mechanism with hydraulic motor, unscrewing method (gear molds), etc for mold tool design )
the project cost will depend upon part details.

I can provide you with a complete design solution for all types of plastic injection mold designs, thermoforming dies, die-casting dies, and product designs.
I do 3d to 2d, 2d to 3d conversions, 3D for 3D printing, STL to STEP
CAD modeling, and mold flow simulation. I am using Solidworks and Autocad, Keyshot for rendering, Autodesk mold flow for mold simulation, etc

Sarath is a very good mechanical engineer and does an excelllent job of 3d modelling. This project was for a stamped metal part andit was quickly delivered to spec. Highly recommended for industrial design work.
