Why do you currently only accept long term clients?
I want to create long lasting relationships where I understand my client's need better. This is often difficult to build with clients who have short projects.
Will I get 1 assistant or will I be working with your team?
We only provide 1-1 virtual assistant to each client.
How many hours can you help me for?
We take minimum 10 hrs/week work for english speaking assistants
How do we communicate?
Before hiring from us, we schedule an interview so that you can feel confident. Once the order is placed, we can communicate over skype, zoom, wats app or e mail, whatever is convenient.
For how long are the weekly hrs/package valid?
In general, weekly hours expire in 1 week ie, 5 working days. So if we start on Monday, the hours will expire by Friday.
