Yes. I work with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, including the QuickBooks Contractor Edition. If you are unsure which version you have, mention it when you message me and I will guide you.
How far back can you clean up my contractor books?
I can clean up construction books from 1 month to 12 months back, and in some cases further. The Basic package covers 1 month, the Standard covers up to 3 months, and the Premium covers a full year. If you need more than 12 months of catch-up bookkeeping, please message me for a custom offer.
Can you fix job costing errors in my QuickBooks? Y
Yes. Job costing is one of the most common problems in contractor bookkeeping. I will review how expenses are assigned to each project, correct transactions linked to the wrong job, and help ensure your job cost reports reflect actual project spending so you can see which jobs are profitable.
What do you need from me to start the cleanup?
I will need accountant access to your QuickBooks account, plus bank and credit card statements for the months being cleaned up. For QuickBooks Desktop, you can export an accountant's copy. I keep all your financial information strictly confidential.

Yes. Every cleanup package comes with a written summary report outlining what was corrected, which accounts were reconciled, and the current state of your financials. For Standard and Premium packages this also includes a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet.
