Created a website redesign concept for a home care agency after reviewing their existing website and identifying usability issues. The original site had poor readability, unclear structure, non-responsive layout, and a visual style that did not properly communicate trust for its target audience. I analyzed the agency’s services and audience (families seeking care for elderly adults) and planned a clearer page structure. I redesigned the layout, improved typography for accessibility, adjusted spacing, and created a calmer visual style suitable for a healthcare service. I also designed responsive breakpoints for desktop and mobile to improve usability across devices. The redesigned concept presented the agency as more professional and trustworthy, made information easier to understand, and guided visitors toward contacting the business.
