Yes, It is highly recommended to first inbox me and discuss the project requirement to better understand the scope and avoid any conflict. Because most of the projects are unique in nature and require proper discussion and custom offers.
Why do you prefer Python over VBA?
VBA is a good programming language, but it has a lot of limitations, whereas python is fast, reliable, and has a lot of tools. So almost all kinds of features can be added in the future.

Yes, I only charge an additional price in case of a new addition to the original work or to widen the scope of work.
Why is there only 1 revision for all packages?
No need for a revision if something is not working as expected. I will fix this for free at any time even after finalizing the project. The free revision is for a very small modification to the original requirements. And I can send you a custom extra offer if you need extra work.
Do I need to install anything on my workstation ?
No, I am using a Google cloud platform called Collab, that doesn't require any installation.
