Ingeniero certificado en electrónica y sistemas embebidos con más de 8 años entregando archivos de fabricación listos para Gerbers, BOM y CPL para ensamblaje en JLCPCB y PCBWay. Más de 80 placas entregadas en proyectos de IoT, control industrial, sensores y electrónica de potencia, desde prototipos de 2 capas hasta diseños de señal mixta de 6 capas hasta 100 MHz.
Recibes:
- Esquemas claros y anotados
- Diseño de PCB con cumplimiento de DFM/DFA/DFT e IPC-2221
- Paquete completo de fabricación: Gerbers (RS-274X), NC drill, BOM con números de pieza de proveedores, prueba de pick-and-place contra DRC de JLCPCB y PCBWay
- Archivos STEP en 3D para integración en caja
- Revisión de integridad de señal, integridad de potencia y EMI/EMC antes de fabricar
Proceso: llamada de requisitos, selección de esquema y componentes, diseño de PCB con colocación, revisiones DRC/ERC, archivos de fabricación con lista de verificación de preparación para fabricación.
Herramientas: Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, EasyEDA, Proteus. Puedo trabajar con tus archivos existentes o comenzar desde cero.
