If you've been playing VRChat with a generic avatar and you're finally ready to have something that's actually yours a character built around your own ideas, personality, or existing OC you're in the right place.
I'm Sakura, i create fully custom VRChat avatars from scratch. That means a 3D model modeled, rigged, textured, and set up inside Unity.
What I build into every avatar:
- Clean topology and proper rigging no clipping, no broken bones
- Lip sync (visemes) so your mouth moves when you talk
- Facial expressions tied to your gesture menu
- PhysBones for hair, ears, tails, or any soft accessories that should move naturally
- Full body tracking compatible rig works with Vive trackers, Harness FBT, SlimeVR, and more
- Delivered as a Unity package you can upload in minutes
What I need from you
A ref sheet, artwork, or a written description of your character. The clearer the reference, the closer the final avatar will match what you're picturing. I'll send WIP previews so you can catch anything early before it's too late to change.

FAQ
I've never ordered a VRChat avatar before what do I actually receive?
You get a Unity package file (.unitypackage). You open it in Unity, connect it to your VRChat account through the VRChat SDK, and upload it. It's a few clicks. If you're not sure how to do that, I can walk you through it or you can add on the upload service and I'll do it for you.
What's the difference between PC and Quest versions?
The PC version has full detail, PhysBones, and all the features. The Quest version is a simplified, lower poly version required for your avatar to be visible to people on Meta Quest headsets without it, Quest users will just see a gray robot. If you want both, go with the Standard package or above
Will it work with full body tracking?
Yes. All avatars I build use a proper humanoid rig that's compatible with VRChat's full body tracking system whether you use Vive trackers, SlimeVR, or anything else supported by VRChat.
Can I give you a description and you design the character?
Yes! If you don't have existing art, just describe what you want species (human, robot, fantasy creature, anything), colors, outfit, vibe and I'll build it. The more detail the better. You can also send mood boards or references of similar characters.
What does "performance rank" mean and does it matter?
VRChat ranks avatars from Excellent to Very Poor based on how heavy they are (polygon count, textures, physics). Heavy avatars get hidden by other players automatically. I optimize my avatars to at minimum hit Medium rank so most players will see yours properly.
Do you do NSFW avatars?
I do on this gig message me before ordering to confirm details. All NSFW orders follow Fiverr's content guidelines.
