Sobre mí
I manage end-to-end operations for short-term rental properties, taking full ownership of day-to-day hosting to save property owners time. I provide 24/7 guest support from pre-booking inquiries through check-out, dispatch housekeeping teams for on-time turnovers, and synchronize multi-platform calendars to eliminate double bookings. I also optimize listing SEO, handle review responses, and create branded guest guides using Canva. My systems ensure rapid response times, protect Superhost ratings, and keep properties running seamlessly.
