My Manufacturing QC Services: 1. Incoming Material Inspection (MIR) I perform complete inspection of all incoming materials including CRCA Sheets, Copper Busbars, Breakers (ACB, MCCB, MCB), Contactors, Relays, CTs, PTs, Meters, Wires, and all hardware. I check material as per approved BOM, datasheets, and create MIR report.2. Fabrication & Pre-Treatment Process QC: I inspect fabrication, cutting, bending and welding quality. For Pre-Treatment, I monitor the complete 7-Tank process including De-rusting, De-greasing, Phosphating, Passivation and ensure proper chemical concentration, pH value and timing. This is critical for Powder Coating adhesion.3. Powder Coating QC: I check powder coating thickness (DFT) with DFT, color shade, gloss, adhesion test (cross-cut test) and ensure no defects like orange peel, pin holes, or color variation.4. Assembly & Wiring QC: I inspect complete assembly of MV Panels, LV Panels, MDB, SMDB, DBs as per approved GA drawings and SLD. I check busbar alignment, tightness with torque wrench, breaker fitting, clearance, creepage distance and control wiring as per ferruling and wiring diagram.5. Final Testing & Inspection: I perform all routine tests including High Voltage Test (Hi-Pot Test), Insulation Resistance Test (IR Test with Megger), Continuity Test, Functional Test, Interlocking Test and ensure all safety labels are present.My Site QC Services: I provide complete Site Electrical QC including MV/LV Panel Installation Inspection, Transformer Testing, Distribution Board Inspection, Conduit Installation, Cable Trunking, Cable Tray, Cable Laying and Final Wiring Inspection as per approved ITP and project specifications.My Expertise in QC Documentation: I am expert in preparing all required QC documents as per international standards.
