My achievements from July 2025 to June 2026 are the following: I played a leading role in resource mobilization through high-quality proposal writing and developed numerous project proposals, out of which the following were successful and awarded PKR 800+ million: I. IGNIT3 (Increase Gains in Nutrition through Integration, Education, Evaluation & Empowerment). II. MMS SMART Scale-Up Project III. Strengthening Health Resilience by Safeguarding Life-Saving Healthcare Services in Fragile and Emergency Settings through Child-Friendly Community Initiative IV. Increased Access to Early Childhood, Middle Childhood, Adolescent & Maternal Nutrition Services in targeted districts of Sindh Province V. Benazir Nashonuma Programme – Sindh VI. Depression Management Project VII. Narrative Exposure Therapy Initiative VIII. Community Level Lead Exposure Source Assessment & Awareness Raising Campaign IX. GB Health Staff Training Program X. Additionally, two proposals are progressing well: XI. Increased Access to Nutrition Services in Sindh (Selection accepted on portal) XII. Benazir Nashonuma Programme—Punjab (Currently in pipeline) XIII. Technical (Laboratory) Partner in Pakistan Prevalence Survey on Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) (in the pipeline) This consistent effort of developing nearly one major proposal per month has substantially strengthened Shifa Foundation’s funding portfolio and programmatic outreach.
