In this project, I designed and implemented a fully customized CRM system using Monday.com, integrated with Make.com automation to streamline lead management, sales tracking, and business workflows. The goal of this system was to eliminate manual data entry, improve team efficiency, and create a centralized platform for managing customer relationships and sales activities. The system was structured with multiple interconnected boards including Leads, Contacts, Deals, and Task Management, allowing the client to manage the entire customer journey from lead capture to deal closure. Each stage of the sales pipeline was carefully configured to ensure visibility, accountability, and smooth workflow progression. Using Make.com, I built advanced automation scenarios that automatically capture leads from external sources such as forms and emails, create new items in Monday.com, and assign them to the appropriate sales representative. Automated notifications and status updates were also implemented to keep the team informed and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients. Additionally, the system includes custom dashboards and reporting views that provide real-time insights into sales performance, lead conversion rates, and team productivity. This allows the client to monitor their pipeline effectively and make data-driven business decisions. Key automations included automatic lead assignment, follow-up reminders, deal stage updates, and integration with communication tools, significantly reducing repetitive manual tasks. The final solution transformed the client’s manual lead management process into a fully automated CRM workflow, improving organization, response time, and overall sales efficiency. This system now serves as a scalable foundation for the client’s growing business operations.
