Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes — always. Message me with your project details first. I will review your requirements, recommend the right package, and confirm the timeline before you order.
What information do I need to provide before you start?
Please provide your content, images, logo, color preferences, reference websites, and API keys if applicable. Missing materials before the start date may delay delivery.
What exactly counts as a revision?
A revision means changes to existing delivered work. Adding new pages, features, or changing the entire project scope is not a revision and requires a custom offer.
Will I receive the full source code?
Yes. All source code is delivered via a private GitHub repository. You own it completely — no strings attached.
Will my website be live on the internet?
Basic includes GitHub code only. Standard and Premium include live deployment. Render's free tier may have cold start delays. Paid hosting at $7/month is recommended and covered by the client.
Do you include a custom domain?
No. Domain purchase is your responsibility. However if you already own a domain I will connect it to your deployment at no extra charge.
Which payment gateways do you support?
Stripe or PayPal. Included in Premium and available as an add-on for other packages. You must provide your own API keys. Transaction fees and merchant setup are not covered.
Can you build a custom design?
Yes. I build a clean professional UI from scratch using Tailwind CSS. If you have a Figma design or reference website I can match that too.
What if my project is not covered by any package?
Message me before ordering with your project details. I will review the scope and put together a custom offer tailored exactly to your requirements.
Do you provide post-delivery support?
Premium includes 30 days of free support. For Basic and Standard, support can be added as a paid extra. Issues caused by client-side changes after delivery are not covered.
