I think it’s a lack of skills. Multiple deadline postponements. Poor communication. Then increasing the budget. I believe the intention was to discourage the client so that he would resign. Most likely also caused by a lack of competence.

Worst person to work with even threatened me and he made attempts to change my Google account password because I gave him access to my server please guy don't make mistake to give him your server password.
