You can customize the given basic WordPress websites(no: 1 above) as you wish using the plugins installed. You can directly use other applications(no: 2,3,4,5 above) without any customization.

- Access to a Virtual Machine.
- Domain name and access to your domain registry service.

How to customize my Main Websites(for no: 1 above)?
I will give you the basic WordPress websites(for no: 1 above). All the necessary plugins and configurations are included. So you can customize the given basic websites(no: 1 above) as you wish using the plugins installed via the admin control given.
Can I send & receive the Business Emails using the Email Web Application(mentioned no: 2 above)
Yes, you can. If you send emails using the above email web application, you have to have an SMTP relay service to configure that. Also, your VPS/DS or shared hosting server should be enabled the port of the given SMTP service(Ex: port 25, 587 etc). All the incoming emails are received in the inbox.
Can I use the Nextcloud Cloud Server for Free?
Yes, you can. Nextcloud is free and open-source software, anyone is allowed to install and operate it on their own private server devices. It is a self-hosted productivity platform that keeps you in control. All the features are included in this given Nextcloud application.

Ruwan is great at what he does, and he had to pick up work that was done by someone else who showed zero respect for my time and expected me to work around his time and on top of that had to put up with his rude messaging. I was so grateful for Ruwan to finish the job which took him next to no time....
