What is this Content Management System used for?
Our CMS is designed to manage digital signage displays, allowing you to control layouts, schedule content, group screens, manage users, and monitor player devices from one centralized dashboard.
What operating systems are supported by the player application?
Our player application supports Windows OS, Linux OS, and Android OS.
Can I manage multiple screens at once?
Yes. The CMS supports screen grouping, allowing you to control multiple displays simultaneously.
What type of content can be uploaded?
You can upload images and videos. Additional formats may be supported depending on player capabilities.
Do I need technical experience to use the CMS?
Not at all. The Basic package includes one training session. The Standard package includes 1 month of support. The Premium package is fully set up and ready to use, so you can start operating immediately.
Is the VPS included in the package?
The VPS is not included in the Premium package, but we will assist with installation and setup.
Do you provide custom branding or whitelabel features?
Yes, the Premium package includes a whitelabel CMS, allowing you to use your own branding.
Can you help with domain configuration?
Yes. Domain configuration support is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
How do I access the CMS after installation?
You will receive login credentials and URL access after installation. For Basic and Standard packages, access is typically provided via remote desktop or web browser.
