I hired Ryan for a 60-minute deep-dive test on iPhone 16 Pro Max. While he did provide the device data (heat issue) and a screen recording as requested, the written report was extremely generic and lacked any professional insight. It felt like a 'canned response' rather than a real analysis of the gameplay....
