VR bugs have specific causes. Grab jitter, physics instability, frame drops, interaction glitches, objects falling through floors. These are a known set of problems with known fixes. I've debugged all of them on my own commercial VR title shipping to Quest and PC VR and across two years as lead VR programmer at a professional studio.
You get a fix, a test, and a plain English writeup explaining what the problem was, why it happened and what was changed. No jargon, no surprises.

The relevant scripts or project files and a description of the bug and how to reproduce it. You don't need to send the whole project, just what's related.
Can you guarantee you'll fix it?
I'll be honest upfront. Some bugs are a quick find, some depend on how the rest of the project is structured. I'll tell you before we start if something looks more complex than the scope covers.
