What makes you a Fiverr Pro?
I have a BA and MFA in Creative Writing. I've been an editor for over 15 years; I've worked in print journalism, academic journals, and with traditional publishing houses and indie authors.
I'm not sure what type of editing I need. Can you help me decide?
I'm happy to discuss your project with you to ensure you get the right service--even if it means you're better off with an editor with a more suitable specialization.
Which genres do you work with?
For proofreading and line editing, I work on all genres, including nonfiction. Every genre has different reader expectations, so in order to provide the best service possible, I only do developmental editing on science fiction, fantasy, mystery, and romance and their related subgenres.
Do you do the work yourself?
Absolutely! I don't use AI or subcontract out the work. I will utilize a grammar checker to help with obvious errors, but otherwise it's all me.

Ryan was amazing. His work was completed ahead of schedule, and was extremely insightful. He had great suggestions that will be helpful as I continue with my project, and was even nice enough to include a section I added for clarification purposes only, which I thought was quite nice. Definitely would use him again!
