Framont & Partners Management came to me frustrated: calls went unanswered, leads slipped through the cracks, and the team was buried in follow-ups. Before building anything, I sat down with them to see how a typical enquiry moved through their day. I then built a Retell AI voice receptionist that answers calls around the clock and linked it to their CRM with n8n, so every lead was logged, followed up and booked without anyone retyping a thing. The hard part was making it sound human and handle urgent calls well, so we tested call flows together until they trusted it.
