Document automation for healthcare practices. I designed, built and operate a pipeline that takes clinical documents arriving by email, extracts data locally so no records leave the practice's computer, matches each document to the correct patient chart and provider, and files it into the practice's electronic health record system with verification and audit logging. It replaced a failing manual workflow: one scheduled run files more than 60 documents with zero misfilings, and it runs weekly unattended. I also built the client onboarding template and business kit for multi-practice rollout.
