Hi, I'm Rafael Soufer an Uruguayan designer with web and graphic design studies, and self taught front-end development skills as well.
I also have expirience as Project and Operational manager on TATA consultancy services in charged of a Web creation project, what is more previously working as a web designer/developer at Publicis Impetu, has given me the opportunity to work with very important clients such as: Movistar, Nestlé, L'Oréal and many more.
Saying that I have not only accomplished my duties as designer but Im also trained on project management skills.
