No. While the atmosphere is very relaxed, every lesson is highly structured. I will provide a specific topic, introduce 5 new high-level vocabulary words, and give you native sentence frames to practice. We chat naturally, but you will always leave having learned something new.
I am very shy and nervous about making mistakes. Is this right for me?
Absolutely. This gig is specifically designed to be a low-pressure, zero-judgement environment. I do not interrupt you to correct every tiny mistake. Instead, I let the conversation flow naturally, take gentle notes, and provide a helpful, encouraging review of your errors after the lesson.
