Do you only run a plugin?
No. Plugins miss cloaked files and database spam. I clean files + database, then verify.
What access do you need?
wp-admin and cPanel or FTP. Without hosting access I can only do a partial clean.
Will Google’s red screen disappear?
After a real clean, Google / Chrome / Firefox usually drop the warning in 24–72 hours. I can file the review if you give Search Console.
