Worked closely with a client who needed both technical support and practical guidance to confidently use Webflow. She came in with a pre-built template but struggled with customizing it to match her vision and navigating the platform efficiently. I stepped in to not just “fix things,” but to actually break the system down for her in a way that made sense. On the technical side, I edited and refined her Webflow template by restructuring sections, replacing and optimizing images, adjusting layouts, and ensuring everything was clean, responsive, and visually aligned with her brand. I also handled page linking, content updates, and minor design improvements to elevate the overall look and feel. On the coaching side, I walked her through how Webflow works in real-time. I showed her how to confidently update content, manage pages, swap assets, and make future edits without needing constant help. The goal wasn’t dependency, it was independence. By the end of the project, she didn’t just have a polished website, she understood how to use it.
