When I took over the Facebook ads for the organic skincare brand AuraGlow Botanicals, they were stuck at a frustrating 1.8x ROAS and watching their acquisition costs climb. I completely turned things around by cleaning up their technical tracking with the Meta Conversions API and ditching tight, restrictive interest targeting for broader audiences and high-value Lookalikes built straight from their top Shopify customer data. From there, I focused heavily on creative testing running fast-paced experiments with UGC and beauty reels to figure out exactly what hooks made people stop scrolling, which ended up slashing their cost-per-click by 30%. By pairing that fresh cold traffic with a smart retargeting funnel to scoop up cart abandoners, we managed to scale their budget smoothly while skyrocketing their ROAS to 3.4x and bumping their overall store conversion rate by 22%.
