I will write and send professional or personal emails on your behalf
Here to Assist, Teach, and Listen
Acerca de este Servicio
Need to send a difficult or sensitive email but don't know how, or just don't want to send it yourself? I can help.
I'll write and send a professional, polite, and clear message on your behalf.
The types of emails I write for you:
- Apology: to someone you've hurt or disappointed
- Complaint: to a company, service, or person
- Follow-up: when someone hasn't replied
- Explanation: to clarify a misunderstanding or situation
Whether it's an apology, a complaint, or one of the others above, I make sure your message sounds thoughtful, respectful, and gets taken seriously.
You'll have full control:
- Approve the email before it's sent
- Choose whether to be CC'd or BCC'd (you'll receive a copy with or without the recipient knowing)
- Keep your identity optional (or include your name, up to you)
️
Important notice:
- Sending on your behalf is included only with the Standard and Premium packages. (I'll use my own email address.)
- The delivery time for these packages is set to 2 weeks. This allows enough time for the recipient to respond before I send a second message (either a reply or a follow-up).
- I don't send sales or spammy emails. This service is for sincere, respectful communication only.

FAQ
I don’t know which package I need. Can you help?
Absolutely. Just describe your situation in the order form or message me first, and I’ll let you know if your choice fits, or recommend something better (no pressure at all).
What’s the difference between a reply and a follow-up?
A follow-up is sent to someone who hasn’t replied. A reply is sent to someone who has replied.
Will you contact the recipient directly?
Yes, if you select a package that includes sending on your behalf. But you’ll always approve the message first.
