In what format can I send you the plan?
You can send your plan in PDF, JPG, PNG, hand sketch, or DWG format. As long as the information is clear and readable, I can work with it.
How many plans are included in each package?
Each package includes one (1) 2D drawing. If your project has multiple floors or additional plans, please add the “Additional 2D floor plan” extra or contact me for a custom offer.
Do these packages include architectural design?
No. This gig is DRAFTING / REDRAW ONLY. I will accurately redraw your plan exactly as provided, without modifying dimensions, layout, or design decisions. If you require architectural design, please contact me before ordering.
Can you make changes to the layout or dimensions?
Minor adjustments can be discussed, but design changes are not included by default. Any modification beyond the original reference may require an extra or custom order.
Do I receive the editable AutoCAD (DWG) file?
The DWG source file is not included by default. You can add it by selecting the “Editable AutoCAD source file (DWG)” extra.
What information do you need to start?
Please provide: The reference plan (PDF, image, sketch, or DWG) Desired output (black & white or color) Any specific notes or requirements Clear input = faster delivery and better results.
